2K are starting to roll out information on the game, and we’ve been given a look at the first ratings revealed readying for the release of the upcoming basketball giant. We’re only one month away from getting our hands on NBA 2K24 and fans are eagerly awaiting some exciting news. After years of disappointment with previous installments, let’s hope 2K24 delivers.
The MVP leads the class in the NBA 2K24 ratings reveal
Nikola Jokic was the star of the 2023 NBA season, and now he’s the star of NBA 2K24. In last year’s game, five players shared the second-highest overall at 96, and Joker was one of them. This year he’s alone with a huge 98 rating, meaning the Denver Nuggets will be a tough match on everyone’s calendar in career mode. The other four who shared 96 ratings last year are still there, with Giannis dropping down to join them.
The usual ballers are up there, Embiid, James, Durant, Doncic, Butler, and Tatum are all at the top of the mountain in NBA 2K24. Phoenix Suns fans might be happy to see Devin Booker has a little jump going from 91 to 94. If the twelve revealed today are the twelve highest rated, Ja Morant is the only one to be out of the top twelve from last year.
Ratings aren’t the only thing revealed recently, as 2K posted first looks at many of the players. It’s hard not to be impressed with how realistic the likes of Wembanyama is. Though, with this being his first time in the game. It might mean the park is filled up with their own character build of Wemby. The only issue, you can’t create characters as tall as him. Typically they also tank a bunch of your stats due to your height. Whether this will mean 2K makes some changes in the character creation suite remains to be seen.
