F1 22 is getting a bit deeper. EA Sports and Codemasters have announced two of the new circuits coming to the game via free updates.

The first is the Autodromo Internacional do Algarve, better known as Portimao. It’ll become available on Tuesday, August 2 for free for all players on all platforms. On top of that, China’s Shanghai International Circuit will be added to the game on September 12.

“We know our players love the thrill of competing on more circuits, and they don’t get much better than Portimao,” said Lee Mather, F1® Senior Creative Director at Codemasters. “Portimao is highly revered with a proud history, and our players will love the challenge of taking the 2022-designed cars onto the hallowed circuit for the first time.”

F1 22 is the first full release since developer Codemasters was acquired by EA. It’s available now for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
