If you’ve been anxiously awaiting to see some AEW: Fight Forever gameplay, you’re in luck. The game is being featured at the THQ Nordic both at Gamescom in Germany, and one person has decided to share some phone-captured gameplay for all to see.
Featuring CM Punk against Paul Wight, it’s only 18 seconds and doesn’t show much, but it’s more than what fans have seen up to now. It also shows William Regal during the controls explanation that shows off the simplified retro-style scheme.

When it launches, AEW: Fight Forever will feature a “deep career mode”, minigames, customization, multiple popular match types, online multiplayer, over 40 types of weapons, and more. The game will be available on all major platforms, including the Nintendo Switch.
It was recently said during an AEW broadcast that the game is slated for a fall 2022 release.
