eFootball PES is expanding its horizons, as a mobile version of the game will launch later this month.
eFootball PES on Mobile
eFootball PES will look to bring an authentic gaming experience to mobile gamers through its “Unreal Engine 4,” with improved graphics and animations. In addition, PES will also feature some of the biggest soccer clubs and leagues from around the world, including Manchester United, Juventus FC, and FC Barcelona.
Players will not only be able to play games on mobile, but also will be able to build their “dream squad by acquiring players from a greater roster than ever before.” This is thanks to PES‘ new licenses with Italy’s Serie A TIM and the Campeonato Brasilero Serie B.
Konami Digital Entertainment’s Senior Director Brand & Business Development Jonas Lygaard, in a press release, commented that he is very excited for the release of eFootball PES on mobile, and it will be a full and whole version, not a reduced version of the console game. “For years, football simulators have been largely confined to consoles, but with the developing power of handheld devices, we’re finding that we’re now able to realize our ambitions for this game on mobile. We were keen that the mobile version didn’t just feel like a rehash of the console game, but rather a full, immersive game in its own right – we really feel like we’ve achieved that goal.”
